Happy Sunday!!!

Fall is in full swing!!! The nor'easter had a major effect on the shore this weekend. Hopefully you all stayed safe and avoided the beach areas. This is the perfect time of the year to break out your crockpots and whip up some stew, soups, and creative meals!

Please see below for notes from Ms. Gilmore:

I'd like to thank everyone for their help making the first football game a success. We got lots of compliments for our show from the crowd and the people working the game appreciated how efficient we were. The next game will go even smoother!

The memo for th Crofton comp will be out soon, but we are looking at a departure time from SBY @ around 12-12:30pm and an arrival back home at 10pm~as long as the traffic cooperates. This is our first scored competition so we need to give it our all and make a good first impression on the judges! Anyone signing up for prop crew this weekend will be happy to know that it is a VERY short walk from the parking lot to the stadium. A flow map will be posted with the memo showing where we will be moving throughout the day on Saturday.

We will be performing at 4:30 and eating dinner afterwards. We will be ordering pizza for this comp. Easy peasy. After dinner, we will go back into the stands to watch some groups at 6pm before awards are presented at 8 pm.

Reminder that uniform jackets should NEVER be washed, but if bibbers are getting dirty/smelly, then they can be washed on COLD and dried on low. If your dryer tends to be inconsistent, then let it air dry. That polyester will MELT.

For all students inquiring about windbreakers, please see Ms. Gilmore as she has order forms.
