Weekly Update - 8/23/2026

Back-to-school is 2 weeks away! The summer flew right by!!!!

Our brand new website, jmbclipperbands.com went live this weekend and is a one stop shop for all things Bennett Band. It is updated often, so please make sure you're checking it out and share, share, share!!!! A huge thank you to Nicole Gantzhorn (Emma G's mom), for bringing the website to life!!!

Discount card sales for the week: $1,370. Keep up the great work. If you need more cards, please put your name on the bulletin board in the band room and we will have them ready for you. I know there are still so many cards left out there. If you feel you can't sell them, no worries, please bring them back to the band room and we will distribute them to those that can.

Uniform fittings will start on Tuesday. If you haven't paid for shoes/gloves, please use either cash, check, or venmo and pay to Joel Smith Music. Financial assistance is available, please do not be afraid to ask.

There will be a discount card blitz at Rita's and La Tolteca on Wed. Aug 26. It is not mandatory as freshmen have their orientation that evening from 5-7 pm and when they wrap up, will come to the band room for full band & guard practice. We are asking for volunteers to sell the discount cards if they are available.
